Sonic Holograph: Myth

An entity comparable to a cosmic storm, born from the union of enigmatic creatures from deep space. When the *Time Eater* was discovered by Doctor Eggman and later destroyed by two instances of Sonic the Hedgehog fighting alongside one-another, the explosion of its core cast its essence out across infinite space and time... This essence, if left undisturbed, would have simply dissipated as it billowed out like smoke, but divine beings in another dimension were perturbed by the dark energy they felt washing over their realm and sealed part of the essence of the Time Eater in a container - inadvertently preserving it. With the power to manipulate time and space at their whim, they cast the container into the Void, far in the past.

However...

One of the members of this divine Council, the one with the power to manipulate Space, grew uncomfortable with these decisions as time went on. She had been the one to discover the Void and make contact with its denizens: The Ancient Ones, of whom she is affiliated with unbeknownst to her fellows. The Speaker unsealed the container and broke it open to release the Time Eater, believing that perhaps it might actually *be* akin to the Ancient Ones, only for the half-regenerated and near-feral monster to start gorging itself on the be-tentacled cosmic onlookers.

This is the process that sent Ina into her spiral, being that she shared some measure of the Ancient One's senses to commune with them. Now, with the corrupting, hateful nature of the Time Eater healed and armed with the knowledge of the Ancient Ones, it set about on a course of mad revenge against all living beings starting with the planet where its priestess lie in pain, spawning the void monsters and spreading ancient madness across the land. Sonic, Anya, and the allies they've forged have no choice but to band together and confront this monster directly, no matter where it takes them...

- Entropy's name is, in some part, a pun on Hololive EN.

- This story operates on the notion that the Time Eater is the carrion of Mephiles' time-bending powers, unable to be fully erased by the final events of *Sonic 06*. Even if the events that led to his path crossing with Sonic have been erased, the influence of Mephiles/Solaris can still be felt throughout his life.
