Description  Please read the description!!! :3

Before anyone asks, this series and these elements have nothing to do with the Spyro series.  This is of my own design and creation.  These elements stem from the story Transformers: Shadow , which was created by me and TheSilverSpirit .

All elements come from this list that I made earlier last year.

If you think of the elements graphically, the reason I arranged them is based on complexity and the power needed to create said element.  When you think of each individual group (Fire group, ice group, rare elements at the bottom, etc and the six original elements in the center), as you move to the right, the elements and the abilities of said element get more and more complicated.  As you move down, the elements become harder and harder to create.  So, the Galactic element is the most complex and most powerful of the six original elements, but Darkness is harder to generate.  The same goes for others; Celestial is more complex than Spirit or Aurora, but those elements are harder and require more power to generate, an so on.  This will be listed as energy levels, the higher the number the more power needed to create.

I will make a list of these elements and their abilities later! c:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Until I make brushes, you are absolutely allowed to use these for anything you'd like, but you MUST GIVE CREDIT AND LINK YOUR WORK BACK TO ME.  I would like it if you asked permission as well!

I will be opening COMMISSIONS for 5 if you would like for me to create a stone for your element!  You have full creative input, or I can do it however.  Once I get enough of these requests, I might make a second elemental sheet with all of your awesome creations!

These elements that appear here are the ones that will appear at some point in my story.  I have acquired them from other users with their permission, or I have invented them myself.  All elements belong to their respective owners!!!

I have a feeling that I'm not done.  A LOT of elements came in, and I couldn't put them all in - forgive me!!  If I have time, I will do my best to best around to it!

This is an okay idea. I just recently started working on mine with the same base concept of one element having lots of different sub types.

This is, by far, the most detailed elemental grouping I have ever found. I've tried VERY HARD not to use this thing as a reference, but I have failed. Miserably, no less. I have looked everywhere - and I still do - to find anything that is even REMOTELY CLOSE to this, yet to no avail.

Damn!

Thanks!  You're more than welcome to use it for reference (as long as you give credit).  I've been meaning to overhaul it along with the story for years but college makes one very busy!

windyrat [2016-11-21 06:07:55 +0000 UTC]

what's the difference between blue fire and white fire?

👍: 0 ⏩: 2

Cylinder-the-Autobot In reply to windyrat [2016-11-29 20:35:06 +0000 UTC]

White fire is hotter than blue fire.  It has to do with the environment you're in, heat, and the chemical make up in the dragon's ignition system.  My element system is based on evolution, so while there are many fire breathers out there, the environment they live in and their genes determine the type of fire they breathe.

One of them is hotter than the other. Sadly, I don't remember which one is. :/

I would like to understand your thought process deciding on these elements and what separates them...for example Ice and Frost that seem to be the same thing.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Cylinder-the-Autobot In reply to Bysthedragon [2015-12-07 23:36:29 +0000 UTC]

It mainly has to do with evolution.  It's been awhile since I worked on the book but basically in my dragon world there were the six original elements you see in the middle, and the ones that branched off were abilities that evolved over time as dragons evolved and spread out geographically.  So for example, ice was the original element, or the common ancestor for all the "cold-type" elements that branch off of it.  Frost in my book is an extremely cold, sort of sub-zero version of ice.  It's more snow-based and softer, but a lot colder, as if you can get horrid frostbite from it.  Ice is meant for more temperate climates - still cold, but not Arctic cold, if that makes sense.

Bysthedragon In reply to Cylinder-the-Autobot [2015-12-07 23:59:42 +0000 UTC]

Ok I get it. In my own series I have my own 6 primary elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light, and Shadow.
And one central element Balance or essentially Yin/Yang, the idea that all elements have an equal opposite and the sum of them all is an absolute balance form. From the 6 primaries they also extend into more complex elements but for instance though Ice is Water and Lightning is a Plasma, they are split into separate elements based on the way they behave. Water is a flowing force while Ice is tough and ridged Ice is also a Crystal, and on Saturn's moon Titan ice is commonly a rock which falls closer to the element Earth. I'm currently conceiving a 3D form of my elemental...graph thing...Where on the 'X' segment it deals with positive and negative energy, The 'Y' segment deals with high and low energy like hot and cold, and the Z segment deals with Order and Entropy.
