Concept behind the design
I love modern and clear designs for CSS, so I tried to keep it simple yet standard.

Story behind this design:
I was getting bored in the morning and then saw this wonderful contest by `ginkgografix . I always thought of coding gallery CSS but I never did...
I code Journal CSS myself but never went for Gallery CSS. I just felt nobody uses them much!
Now as `ginkgografix said in her journal there aren't much Gallery CSS template in DA. So I thought why not make a Gallery CSS! 
Well, I will be glad if I win with this entry. But anyways, if I do not, I'll code this design myself and use for my gallery folders!
