Here's a note you may want to add: if somebody uploaded their DeviantID specifically as an ID and from nowhere else on the site, then it doesn't have a link location. Took me ages to figure out but I finally did it! If the link location is not available, then you simply have to use the image URL for both links. It'd be good if you could add this info to the FAQ for others ^__^ (and I hope I made sense...)
At least I managed to figure it out myself and not bug you about not being able to find it haha

You do get the link for it. Just browse through your gallery open the dAID that you have uploaded and get the URL.

You just need to update the previous code that you had used by changing the old background-image-url with the new one.

I have used this code, but it is only showing the top of my ID. How do I get the rest of my profile back?

I have used some, yes, but it won't move the actual box down so that all of my buttons and badges will appear.

Hi! I absolutely love that you've put this up, and this is my second time trying since I customized my page for Winter; I've done everything right and followed the directions thoroughly, but I still get this problem where it just shows a portion of the id image and then the box cuts off.

I watched the video to do this (I work better at videos sadly XD), and I followed each step carefully, and double checked everything, but for some reason it isn't working. :c This is probably a lot to ask for, but can you go look at my dA ID to see what happened? XD It looks kind of cool, but not exactly what I wanted to happen <:3 Thank you!

I think your widget got expanded to much. Try removing the br tags at the bottom and it will reduce.

I apologize in advance for my foul tone, but I am so incredibly frustrated and angry at this tutorial right now. I've tried to use this very tutorial 3 times now, the third time using the video allamericanartist made. I got a lot further in that tutorial because things were explained way simpler and much more thoroughly. Problem I came to the third time was the alignment problems, which is a lot further than I got the first two times just following your (IMO) poorly worded confusing instructions. In your instructions, I couldn't get past the DA-ID URL and "redirect" link. AAA did SUCH(haha I know enough HTML make that work) A BETTER JOB at explaining the difference between the image URL and the link that when you click on the DA-ID it takes you somewhere. That's the first part where this tutorial fails incredibly hard for people who don't know CSS/HTML/all this technical stuff. The last part is where just about all these tutorials fail for non-CSSers. This whole "hit-n-error"....ummm, okay...do you mean trial and error or hit and miss cause that wasn't clever and goes right back to poorly worded part of my rant, then this whole "trial and error" thing doesn't work for CSS tutorials. Cause morons like me who don't know much about this kind of thing and are totally new to it are so new, that when it all looks wrong, we(I) don't even know how to identify the proble, so we(I) can't even come to people like you for the solution. Or its such a compound of issues that one issue obscures what's actually happening with an issue. Your "known issue" section I think completely applied to me. It was so bad that I didn't know which way to fix anything.
So after all my ranting, I have a solution. Leave nothing to trial and error. In addition to tutorials like these that teach people with half and idea of what the
