Description
I based this design on the ship from "Flight of the Navigator" when it's in it's high speed configuration.

After extensive research into quantum slipstream, this shuttle was designed to take full advantage of the new technology. At 13.8m it is bigger than a standard shuttle, but not as big as a runabout, and is designed for getting to and from distant outposts quickly without the need to assign a starship. It's unique design lacks a conventional warp core and uses an experimental quantum core instead (based partially on Borg technology), though this means it is not capable of conventional warp.

Like other shuttles of this era, this has the aquatic modified loadout, making it better suited for aquatic species and/or environments (including operating filled with water, and ESD Phasers)
