Description
I used a little honey to slow her down long enough to take the shot, and to allow me to grab onto the lavender about one centimeter below her (had to take control of the motion in the scene).

Tech specs: Canon 40D (F13, 1/250, ISO 100) + a Canon MPE-65mm macro lens (@ 2x) + an MR-14EX macro ring flash (-2/3 FEC and a 1.5:1 ratio).
