Just couldn't resist submitting a piece in honor of Halloween, now could I?

Well everybody, this is Olaf, the well-respected butcher of a small town on the western frontier of Tranquillus.

His hometown is a mix of humans and felinians that get along surprisingly well... due in no small part to the diplomatic agreements made between Olaf the Butcher and Arnie, the local sheriff.

Essentially, Arnie and his deputies enforce the law, rounding up criminals and raiders and tossing them in jail... while Olaf and his mobsters keep the town supplied with certain high-demand products. The most prized of these goods is fresh, well-cured meat... after all, both cats and humans need a good supply of protein.

So how exactly does the wasteland city procure its food? Well, let's just say Arnie provides the jailhouse 'stock,' Olaf turns them into choice cuts, and the customers... don't ask any questions.
