"Cyberbullying" is when a child, preteen or teen is tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or otherwise targeted by another child, preteen or teen using the Internet, interactive and digital technologies or mobile phones. It has to have a minor on both sides, or at least have been instigated by a minor against another minor. Once adults become involved, it is plain and simple cyber-harassment or cyberstalking. Adult cyber-harassment or cyberstalking is NEVER called cyberbullying.Read more here- [link]

giving a helpful critique. disliking something you do like. politely telling you the rules of a website arguing and/or debatingI swear, people on this website throw the word cyber bully and troll around like its nothing.
You give a thoughtful crit that has some negative points in it, you are a cyber bully/troll.
You point out that a person is stealing artwork or breaking the rules, you are a cyber bully/troll.
You correct someone's grammar, you are a cyber bully/troll.
Some of these kids today are so freaking weak.

There's a big difference between trolling and cyber bullying too. It's like teasing in real life. A troll does something to get a reaction out of someone for shits and giggles, a cyberbully just torments you endlessly, sometimes even affecting you IRL. A lot of people seem to mistake the two too often.

I know someone being cyber bullied on dA D:
They know each other in real life but one felt that she wasn't being treated like a friend by the other, so she tried to cut off connections, now the other person keeps harassing her, contacting her through alt accounts demanding an answer she already got >_<
It's sad that the aDmins won't so shit about it either, the bully has had accounts banned before so she's also ban-evading.

The reason kids are so weak nowadays is because they're taught to love their weaknesses rather than try to improve them, so one word about improvement equals bullying in the children's minds. That's why they throw around words like that, they're too scared, weak, and prideful to admit they might need to improve on anything. Art, writing, music, appearance, personality, anything.
Really, I feel the previous generations have thrown this one under the bus due to the lack of focus on improving skills in kids. I was raised during a big "love yourself for who you are" phase in schools and I turned out like many of the whiny preteens years ago. I, fortunately, grew out of that while my friends at school haven't. My school is like dA in real life and I can't wait to graduate. :/

It is. We have the mods(Staff who discipline those who haven't gotten their trust on minor incidents, letting those who have go on major things, etc.), weaboos/wolfaboos/otherkin whiners, scene/emo/punk whiners, trolls, fail trolls, camwhores and drama/attention whores, Sonic fags, etc.
