I wonder to know how Toothless would look like if he will be a real animal, not only a "cartoon" dragon?

Nie będę zaprzeczał, że to wcale nie przypadek... ;D Można wybrzydzać ale chyba nie jestem jedynym w tym kraju, który dałby się posiekać za obejrzenie z bliska tego spektaklu, a najlepiej w wersji premium; z osobistą "audiencja" u Szczerbatka (ponoć nawet z przejażdżką na grzbiecie... ale to może tylko plotki z Australii).

Mi się on tak wcale nie podoba. W bajce jest dużo lepszy. Oczywiście nie twierdzę, że twój rysunek jest brzydki, wręcz przeciwnie. Jest śliczny

Co prawda to prawda; nie dość, że niezbyt podobny do oryginału, bo spektakl stworzyli goście co przedtem robili przy dinozaurach, więc i smoka z bajki upodobnili do kopalnego gada a nie mitycznej istoty, to jeszcze z uwagi na skalę Szczerbaty rusza się dość niemrawo i wieje sztucznością na odległość. Mimo to szczerze podziwiam ten spektakl i uważam, że to wspaniałe widowisko - ale tak już mam, że niemal zawsze mam pomysł jak zrobić coś lepiej. A wiem o kilku sztuczkach, dzięki którym Szczerbaty mógłby być dużo bardziej realistyczny... Byłoby fajnie.

Ja mam dokładnie tak samo z tym spektaklem. Cieszę się, że masz pomysły na ulepszenie takiego za przeproszeniem klocka.

No cóż... pomysł jest. I śmiem twierdzić, że całkiem realistyczny i możliwy do realizacji nawet metodami garażowymi. Udało mi się zdobyć nieco ciekawych materiałów badawczych z MIT i Politechniki Krakowskiej; elektromiografia powierzchniowa a zdalne sterowanie, struktury typu FREE w automatyce przemysłowej, nowoczesne konstrukcje animatroniczne. Perspektywy są obiecujące... o ile trafię szóstkę w lotka i zgromadzę co najmniej ośmiu skończonych wariatów, którzy chcieliby zaryzykować wszystko i przez co najmniej dwa lata ciężko pracować, by ofiarować światu prawdziwy cud! Ale poza tym, to żywy smok jest na wyciągnięcie ręki

I've always... not... liked the sort of... "realistic" portrayal that's been given to Toothless because I don't really find any reason to believe that canon Toothless isn't realistic already.
If I may use a rather harsh opinion word: I don't like that realistic animals always seem to have to be uglier than the originals. I mean, granted, the humans in the movie are slight caricatures from realism as well, so the proportionate differences must apply for Toothless too I guess, but when it comes to an animal that doesn't exist--and therefore has no real life comparison--I think that the "cartoon" Toothless shouldn't change when translated to reality.
Though I will admit, I can see the obvious bias in my opinion because I REEEALLY just love Toothless the way he is--it's the face I fell in love with, you know?

At last - someone who have enought courage to call this all "by its true name", like we say in Poland.
I clearly understand you and, in the essence of the case, I'm agree with you. Cartoon movies have theirs own reality and logic - in real life, even Micky Mouse would be a quite scarry creature. Something like DJ Dead Mouse...
You know... my art-story about Toother is a kind of experiment: it's not only a art-practice for me, but also a intelectual or maybe a littl bit of spiritual, philosophical, challenge. I have found a realy mad idea, an absolutely crazy hobby subject - dragons - and I try to change it into something greater than only "cute", "awsome", "sweet"... "awww..." and "lol", if you know what do I mean.
It's grat fun for me: maybe even more intelectual than artictic. In january I will start a new project - Dragons' Anathomy Atlas. then you will see, what does mean for me "an intelectual challange with dragons in title".
I hope you will like it more than my "realictic" dragon baby art. I respect people, who are not afraid to tell me what thay are thinking!

Hm... I think I know what you're on about and I guess I'll see what you mean when you start that project, but if you wouldn't mind, I'd appreciate it if you'd be willing to give me a better sense of that right now. Like... sorta explain to me, if you would. I find these sorts of spiritual, intellectual, and philosophical interpretations/implications quite intriguing, so I'd love to get to pick at your mind a little and understand what you mean.
Sounds fun! We shall see!

The worse thing for me is a boredom. I have always have something to do; something to think about, write about. It's some kind of ADHD - but more intelectual than somatical. I need a challenges to feel happy! If my live can't give me sucha a challenge, I have to find it or create it. When I saw a HTTYD movie for the first time, I have fallen in love into this story and especially into this useless Night Fury.

That sounds like quite an adventure!
Though, if I may ask, why haven't you found any small miracles? They're all around you! Ever thought about the huge number of complex systems that keep you alive day in and day out? That breath you just took... and that one! That just kept you alive for another minute!
If you need a challenge, let me propose one. What if you tried to figure out and find all the tiny little things that make your life possible and happy? Things like, your phone or computer—whatever let's you talk to me a total stranger! Isn't meeting someone new also a miracle? The possibility of a new friend? How about the miracle of the friends you already have?
I don't know. I'm probably pushing my boundaries here. But I just hate it when people seem to lose sight of the miracles in their life because they simply forget. It makes them sad sometimes... and I don't want to see anybody that way.

But, seriouslly. You have right. This all world, which works aroud us, day by day; people who understand us, even when they live in other part of this world. This is a real miracle!

Toothless looks almost real, I think. But sure in the second movie we'll almost forget it is animated (this happened to me when I saw the teaser trailer xD)

True, true... I'm just wonder what we will see in 3rd part of this wonderfull story in 2016? Toothless is so lovely creature that maybe some mad scientist should bring him to alive, even if this "Toothless" couldn't breath fire and fly... That would be realy something!
