it just bothers me that photoshop dosnt have a blending tool, but I dont see how you can use a soft brush to blend....

Ummm I'm honestly not sure how to explain my technique but you use the soft brush to blend inbetween two different colors to smooth them together.

While the other Taylor Swift picture was good, the blue made her look a little older than she (and her persona) is. The pink is a nice contrast to her eyes. Also, love the way you colored/painted her hair. It conveys a lot of volume
