Description
From Street fight three third strike, this is Hugo.I was feeling like redeeming myself after that chun-li crap that I felt like inking. Note to self, never post crap.
Anyway, this guy is my favorite character of the game, not because I think he's a cool or anything. But because I was able at one time to completely dominate Lesean from the artxilla crew for one shining momment. Lesean is a real pro at the game, and I was not. So you can just tell how awesome this felt when I kick his ass with Hugo. But of course the victory was short, sweet, and didn't keep up. But that was a while ago when I didn't even play the game much to be any good, and I have been practicing with the game more and hugo as well.
I hope to be more of a challenge the next time that we have at it.
But anyway, here's hugo.

fuck yes, hugo! i love this on principle, but it's also really quite well done. you've definately captured the character and even the style of the game. really nice sense of weight and volume to him, the shading's well done, etc etc.
my only consern is with the cropping of his feet. i wish he was either more cropped at the bottom or that the top came down a bit further. he looks like he's barely able to be contained in the frame, which is perfect for hugo, but it think you tcould go a little farther with it even.
and i know this is completely irrelevant, but i'd argue 3rd strike is the most balanced, best looking, and overall best 2d fighting game i've ever played. so there

funny I started out not liking SF3 and then later on found myself practicing to get better at it.

street fighter 3 is really bare bones, and not very flashy, so i can understand not being impressed at first, but it's really got a hold of me now. and now i'm starting to feel like a big fat nerd for getting so worked up about it...

Man that games fun, I worked at the movie theatres and played that game during breaks.. I was finally able to beat the game with one credit and recieved an A++ rating with Chun-Li (that drawing u did is not that bad.. that would be excellent for me!) I beat it using a lot of the same combos though.. but still... I was unstoppable at a time! now I own it on XBOX but it's harder cause I don't have the same joystick layout. GREAT JOB ON HUGO!

Sweet pic dan! Hugo is easily one of the best guy's in SF3, more than a match for all those ken and ryu players!

you know if you press hp+hk and up at the same time you get a taunt with her coming out and saying something. Try it out after grabbing your opponent and throwing them away. Nice little distraction. X3

As a general rule though the don't allow hotlinking to any of the files. Other then that it's all good. You should hurry though they update more then most sites that host match videos..........
