This is wicked awasome. The only critic I can think of off the top of my head is that the colour scheme in the background doesn't quite match the forground. It seems like sunset but the there's little sunsetish colours in the front. Other than that, this is....really bleedin' good.

that's a case of me really liking both color scheme to the point were I just can't decide which to go with. If I go with the sun in the back ground you lose the cool lighting on zab, if I go with the sun on top completely you lose those yellows in the sky and they become more light blue. :/

Hmmm...I see your point. Mayve if there were some golden highlights in the grass it might tie it together. Like, beteween the trees where Zabusa is standing maybe?

I really like the textures in the trees and how the background trees fade into orange. wonderful use of color there.
I have a little beef with the grass though. This is a nitpicky thing, but it seems brighter than it should be. It seems like there should be more shadow in them, especially where he's standing.
The composition in it's great. Probably the best Zabuza fanart I've seen.

beautiful shadow work and good metal texture(the flat and the edge)
as far as crits... maybe a little darker contrast in the of the boots and forearm camo/leopard print.

Probably the best Zabuza pic i've seen in a while.. i love the effects on the sword.
The only critiquing i can give is.. aren't those "leopard prints" supposed to be gray and black? and on the same leopard prints.. the light and shading could be a bit better to show the folds of cloth like you did with the pants and such. (though i know the material is different)

Amazing work man...I was really impressed by the amount of detail on Haku despite the size.
I will say that the sword doesn't look long enough, but it really doesn't affect the picture at all.
There's not enough Zabuza art on this damn site...

i love the lighting specially on the grass and on the pants.. the orange sky gives good ambiance.. wanna try making it blue? as if it were really bright at noon time... i think it works well with high contrast lighting and shadowing which you did on hte grass and the pants...

I might just try that. Reason why I left it warm yellow, was because I liked both lighting so much, couldn't decide on which to go with. But I'll try out the blue sky.

seriously, the first thing i thought of was "ok, i've not seen alot of this char... but... cow print?" ... i dunno if that's supposed to be cow print... but it kinda looks like it.
but i'm diggin the trees... excellent bg... and the weapon textures are incredible as usual.
and i really like the lighting you chose... sort of a sunrise setting in the bg and it plays well on the character as it stands now.

I really think this is really good, you have amazing coloring skills and just, it's awesome. I wish I was as good as you. I really like how you added Haku in there too. He's got to be there by Zabuza the whole time and must keep him safe! lol Just awesome.

think I think you need to add:
1. some dark eyebrowes...
2. make the "tigger" sleeve more blue... coz they to orange for hime..
( and I'm pretty sure it's lines not tiger in Naruto)
*3. I think a "cold" colors on the back will add to the Zabuza atmosphere..

very cool. the depth in the pic is amazing. However Im not too wild about the texture on the sword. It looks like a random one thrown on in a program like 3-d max. (just an example) those are always scary....

very nice colors in the background. i love the person standing way on the tree limb and the sense of foreground, middleground and background that this has. i know he's hunching over a little bit but his legs seem too long compared to his torso. i know that's something too major to change this far into the piece but i just thought i'd share. but it's great as is.
