It's awesome that all this is doable with Granite's Light Window. There's even an option to hide the close button.

But in all seriousness, I think the shuffle button is a bit ambiguous. The music player functionality doesn't exactly translate, and the button's functionality should be either evident from the symbol or evident from included text. The symbol should signify "random comic," not "random comic order."
Just as shuffling a deck of cards changes the order which they will be drawn, the shuffle button of a music player does not actually change the currently playing song, only the future order.
So, either use a symbol that indicates that sort of "random comic" functionality, or take a deep breath and throw in some text.
I'll admit it's a bit perfectionist to expect this level of accuracy from every icon, but perfectionism is (?) the whole point.

Means if you move your mouse over the window it will pop-out a close button, Am I right Daniel? (FYI: check out Dan's "Skinny Notification" mockup)

it may be possible, just set a web content view (or whatever the same is in GTK3/Granite).
The only issue is the fact that the comics background is different then the app's, maybe the solution is to decrease the brightness a bit.
