Would you happen to have some scans of the old Nintendo Power (SNES era) where they promote Starfox ?

I actually don't, I hard enough time trying to find the original cover. And with the close of business for Nintendo Power it's proving even more difficult to find. I'm sure if I dug around the internet more I could, I just don't have the time. Of course now they are quickly becoming a collector's item and I've seen issues go for close to $100 on Ebay as we speak.

I didn't know that NP was closing; that's a shame.
This is a really nice tribute and I especially like that you chose to use my favorite game series for it! 
I hope you don't mind me offering a critique, but Peppy appears to have too much shadowing in this shot whereas Slippy, who's standing even further back, is completely opposite in contrast. Perhaps if either Peppy had less shadow or Slippy had more it could work (probably more, because of the position of the light in the back and it looks like they're both standing further from where Fox is when compared to where Krystal and Falco are standing).
I hope that you don't mind the critique, and I really do love the overall work on this. Keep it up!

Haha, I don't mind critiques at all, it means your actually really looking at the piece. Your right on Peppy, I actually wanted to use this piece [link] However, I didn't want to recycle works too much. I'll most likely update this in the coming days.

That's good, sometimes it's hard to tell who minds critiques and who doesn't, and I really like this tribute so I decided to take a chance. haha.

Thanks! Yea, I used to read the magazine long ago, just like Gamepro.
FURTHER UPDATE (8/22/12): Nintendo has confirmed the news of Nintendo Power's closing, which we first reported yesterday, saying that the magazine will cease publishing at the end of the year. βNintendo can confirm that Future US will end the production of Nintendo Power magazine with the last issue slated for December 2012," the company said in a statement, directing users to a customer service page for subscription inquiries.
