For some reason this one makes me want to cry :/
She looks both like waiting and eager to go for it,but she cannot move anywhere so she is caged in her own pain and anxiouty..

Thats the feeling I get from her as well, like she is waiting but trapped by her own insecurities. I wish I had planned it that way, but I was just looking for background reference for her and stumbled upon this image. It wasnt until later that I got the feeling of her being trapped

But think of it this way;
You actually did it! I mean,you managed to put the feeling in your art,willingly or unwillingly

Lovely colors and a nice composition as well!
Impressive that you made this in Photoshop and still got that painterly feel. Pshop isn't exactly my favourite program for that,, so, well done!

Thank you, the painterly feel is due to some custom texture brushes I made to avoid that overly smooth look. I was trying to keep a painterly feeling to my digital stuff.

A very strong display of visual work done throug hairbrushing that presents to us how you have mastered much more of your digital work and how you have become greatly skilled in your colour and shading.
The various additions of shading and colour applied in the foreground and background is strong and really creates the feel of fantasy. the soft touches of colour on the female show hoe you can be graceful with tones and create a life like portrait almost perfectly, while the background of the clouds show the rigid approach towards your work.
This piece is a marvellous indication of how you are exploring more areas of your skills and develop a lavish craft of artwork.

Ha, it took me 4 hours to paint the girl, and another 20 for the building! They were a pain and there is still some issues with them, but I got sick of working on it and wanted to start a new one.

Want me to build you a building set in Max that you can use as a quickie reference?
Oh... speaking of which, I rebuilt the cathedral twice yesterday. Gonna do it again today.

I really love the clouds and the use of contrast right next to her head to get you to look there. I also love the reflections in the floor and her body. Lovely folds and shading and turns. Great work.
