Plus, ya know, the fact there is a costume shop a couple of blocks down from here. Heh.
And as for my faaaabulous outfits...I, unlike SOME people, think it's GOOD to spruce things up! Nobody actually WANTS to be boring like you, ya know!

See! It sucks when people make you feel awkward like that! exactly how I felt about when made female Quackerjack and Megavolt. Thinking either one of those guys are "sexy"...It breaks my mind! Noooo, STOP ACTING UP LADY PARTS!
But in all seriousness, heh, thank you! Quacky can be a pretty boy when he tries to be. His hat was my favorite part drawing, actually. Just because he LITERALLY tied his hat up in a bun.

depends on what exactly you want to know! like how do i ACTUALLY think up background combinations? (Your answer: IMAGINATION!) Or how do I MAKE them? Which, for that, there are multiple ways. Ones involve brushes. (Just things like a drybrush or an oil brush.) And then I play with things like saturation, lighting, and color balance.
Then, another method is textures you can download from deviantart. Just type in "textures" into your search engine, and there you go! there are lots that people make and let others use. Then you can do the same thing, and play with saturation, hues, color balance, lighting, and so on.
But that tends to be more of a method I use when I really don't feel like making actual backgrounds. These I call more like "scribble backgrounds'. When I make ACTUAL backgrounds...that's a WHOLE 'nother story. XD
I do have a recommendation, though! Layering textures and things really are a great idea. Like making and mixing and matching colors and different designs. It's all about playing around!

Oh, when i play with lighting saturation and color balance, i always get too strange things i dislike xDDD So i end up kicking the background and forgetting about it XD LOL
Hoho xD I used them a few times, but i must recognize i like doing them myself, even if i know i suck at it, but i somehow dont feel happy with my works when i use something taken from somewhere else O-o
Oh, you Iscribble backgrounds are AWESOME i never forget one you did for bushroot, you did the greenhouse behind full of plants. IT looked amazing <.
Well playing xDDD I end up kicking things... But at least this year ill be oblidge to learn it all at class O-o. Cause im starting animation this year and need backgrounds xD

No, it's probably got something to do with brushes you can download for the paint program she uses. That won't help me because my program is so old I don't think any will be compatible
