A self portrait :3 Took about 2 Hours. Done entirely in Paint Tool SAI with my handy dandy Wacom Intuos 4. It's been AGES since I did one of these - it's based off a photo of myself (used for an avatar not that long ago actually...) completely with my current dyed hair color. lol <3 This is the actual size it was painted at.(c) =DarlingMionette
Why is it upside down?: Cause I wanted to do something different :3

EDIT: Fixed certain aspects of her face to make it less lopsided/asthetically weird when right-side-up. Mouth, nose, eyebrows, eyes, eyeshines, chin, and jawline were moved/adjusted/repainted etc.

XD her eyes mostly, they're still really sketchy XD the whites need to be fixed etc XD and there's a couple of places in her hair where the brush went wayyy off track >.< the rest of the picture just sorts of distracts anyone from noticing XD

oh believe me I know! I've been there before when my nephew was kidnapped -_- we got him back, but I make it a point never to travel into juarez, someday i'd like to see other parts of mexico (hopefully safer areas!)

XD i'm a bit of a smooth-freak, so you probably shouldnt be just like me LOL, I like rougher works :3 I just can't seem to do it. haha. SAI does have superior blending tools and rotate features, but it still doesnt have some options that photoshop has ^^
