Poor Marius...Anyway! Sorry I haven't submitted anything in a while... not like I *have* to...
but it's still fun doing something weekly. I've been under a lot of stuff lately, illustrating for two people being one of the things.

OMG this scene made me cry!!! I've just recently become obsessed with Les Mis (book, musical, etc.) and this scene and Eponine's "On my own" and "A little fall of rain" always get me everytime!! But great job! I've been sneaking around your gallery for the past couple of days XD and I gotta say I love your style!!

yeah, he didn't quite do it for me, even though he does *look* like a Marius and have an ok voice. I think for a school edition he's great, but for professionals not as awesome as Michael Ball.

Hm, ya know, I've never seen this musical...I saw the movie a long time ago, and I really don't remember much besides the fact that there's a little girl and a dude named Jean Valjean...lol. Do you reccommend it?

the musical? It's my second favorite musical next to Phantom! (and that's saying a lot, because I have many, many favorites, and who could ever top Phantom?) so yes, I recommend it, suffice to say.
But the movie you're talking about wasn't a musical at all-- in fact it wasn't that close to the book by Victor Hugo, but it was good. You saw the one with Liam Neeson, right? I have it... it's good, but the musical has so much more!

And yes, I saw the one with Liam Neeson. I was only 8 or 9 at the time, so I only really remember the ending. And I actually have a lot of the songs on my iPod...I really like At The End Of The Day...it's kind of catchy

I heard there's an International tour beginning later this year starring some of the best cast (John Owen Jones and Earl Carpenter!) but I don't think it's coming to the US. If it is, I will definitely go. Hopefully.
I haven't seen the movie, but I own the soundtrack. ha ha
