Description Ah ha ha. I lied.

It turned out I had less to study for exams than I thought (I'm still busy enough to go crazy) but I took an hour's break to draw this.

To explain this... I was listening to my brand-new, squee-worthy 25th anniversary tour cast soundtrack of Les Miserables (dream the dream or something of the like) and it is EPIC. In so many ways. Yeahhhh Eponine is NOT my favorite Eponine and the orchestrations are a bit funky at times, but in most areas it's just plain AWESOME.

So if you listen to the end of "A Little Fall of Rain" on this album, Marius sounds sincerely mournful when Eponine dies. It brought tears to my eyes hearing it, but when Enjolras begins to sing OVER Marius' heart-breaking weeping... this popped into my mind. Actually, I literally wanted to tell Enjolras to shut up and let Marius cry. Then I seriously wanted to laugh out loud, but I was supposed to be going to sleep at this time and I didn't want to wake anyone up.......

So yeah, enjoy! I hope to catch up on comments.... whenever I can. But leave em anyway! I read ALL of them.

Lol, so true! Enjolras just HAS to get the last word.
I've yet to read the book, but a close friend of mine did, and she was so mad after she read Eponine's death scene. She said it went something like this:
Eponine: I love you.
Marius: Yeah, I know.
Eponine: *dies:
Marius: Oh, God, oh, why, oh--*checks watch* Hey, Cosette should show up any minute now! *stands up, drops Eponine, skips away* Cosette! How are your boobs today?!

Obviously that's not verbatim. But still.
I love the layout of this! Very cute!

YES. I've read the important bits of the book, but I really need to read the entire thing someday.
