Description
2019.Humanity has once again sent a manned spacecraft to the moon. It is a troubled time, the second cold war is at it's peak and an arms race is on it's way.
The spacecraft, called New Victory, has first passed behind the dark side of the moon before initiating landingprocedures.
However, when New Victory emerges out of communications blackout the crew is faced with a whole new problem...
The New Sovjet Empire has launched their full nuclear arsenal and earth will very soon be a desolate, lifeless place.
The crew must now decide what to do.
Will they continue their mission and add one last great achievement to humanities repertoire?
Will they return to earth and hope that some part of the world has remained habitable?
Will they head into the darkness of space?
...
Only the crew knows.

So this was a practice-piece, I wanted to do a HUD...so I did.
I also added parts of the moon, manipulated earth, added the stars...

who cares what he thinks. it looks fine to me, if you ever look at the moon at night it looks like that as far as dark to light goes. its instant from that distance. shadows aren't distinguishable so far away. it would look like a solid jump from light to dark.

If you mean the blue "streak": that's not the planet's trajectory, it's that of the spacecraft.
