A commission done for me by Adrikk [link] .As a kid Land Of The Giants was a favorite TV show. In fact a LOTG novel, The Hot Spot by Murray Leinster, was the very first paperback book I ever read. (Not at all like the TV show either) I had such a HUGE crush on the stewardess, Betty Hamilton.
This is a "deleted scene" from an episode called "The Unsuspected." In it Steve Burton becomes paranoid after exposure to toadstool dust or mushroom spores. He goes around kidnapping his shipmates and leaves them tied up. (So that when they are all captured he will turn them over to the SID.) Betty was his first victim but she wasn't seen tied up with the others. (The actress, Heather Young, was pregnant and missed a number of episodes or only appeared briefly)
When I discovered Adrikk I couldn't resist having him do a commission featuring Betty as Steve's captive. And since his version of LOTG is different than the show's Betty is shown still wearing her original costume.

Oh, I noted that with the description but the info that the actress was pregnant.. the behind the scenes.. it was a nice share.

Oh. To help hide the pregnancy Heather wore an outfit that included a vest to help cover the bulge. After the baby she wore a simple more formfitting pink miniskirt.
