I didn't actually notice the flaming table at first. I was more drawn to her but when I did see it- it really flipped the whole mood of the shot.

the fire helps the mood making the image to look more powerful, and she looks strong -lovely, delicate and strong-. i like her pose and expression, and it was a good choice to shoot her barefoot. i think this is a great composition. neat and nicely balanced. great work!

Thanks a lot! Yeah, I agree with you, That was just lighter fluid, so we came back at that table with some gasoline, but at that point I was focusing too much on the fire to concern myself with how she looked in the shot, so it ended up not looking all that hot. The table, however, looked AMAZING.

Sorry this took forever to respond to, but that table is long gone. I may do it again somewhere down the road. Probably will take it a step or twelve further, though, and light a whole place on fire or something (obviously I'll use an area where I've got permission and have taken the necessary precautions to make sure we're safe).
