Bio

Violet is a polite, cheerful and respectful girl who is the younger sister of Rosie. She was born after her family moved to New York City and spent the better amount of her infant years there with her parents, older sister and two elder brothers George and Brad. Both she and Rosie were subject to constant bullying from George, though Violet was the easier target, which severely scared Violet into thinking she was never safe. Thankfully, George's twin Brad was always there to protect her, as was Rosie, who had made an attempt to toughen herself up in order to keep her bully brother in his place, something Violet could never muster up the courage to do herself. However, when the Vulcans decided to move to the Island of Sodor for a fresh start, George managed to impersonate Brad and tricked his parents into sending him off to Military School, believing him to be George. With his brother gone, George continued to torment Rosie and Violet in disguise as Brad, much to the confusion and sorrow of both girls.

Due to her rough first few years, Violet is rather timid and easily frightened by anything new, and with George impersonating Brad, she feels like she constantly needs the protection of her older sister. This didn't prevent her from trying to branch out and meet new people, as was the case when Rosie introduced her to all the friends she had made at Sodor Community College, all of whom were very welcoming to Violet and she saw them as extended family, especially Rosie's new boyfriend Stanley Hudswell Jr.

Violet's whole life changed one day when it was revealed to her that George had been impersonating his twin the whole time they had lived on Sodor, thanks to the real Brad returning from his time at Military School. After a quick scuffle between the two brothers, Brad emerged victorious and George was sent away as inteded. Violet was ecstatic to have her personal hero back after so many years, and was more than happy to let Brad take both her and Rosie on holiday to their old home of New York City to make up for the time he lost with them. While there, Violet witnessed Rosie change her trademark look and adopt a more mature side to her, something she was initially taken aback by, but soon warmed up to it.

Violet didn't have an easy life growing up, but with her family now restored, things are looking up for her. Without the constant fear of her abusive brother anymore, she can finally explore beyond her comfort zone and discover new and exciting things.
