According to the exif data it was 45 seconds. Not sure how many takes, but probably 4 or 5.

I've done a bunch of double exposures with light painting. Did you get this one right the first time? I find positioning the model for the two parts of the exposure to be very tricky indeed.

Yes, the positioning of the model is the biggest problem with this sort of thing, as she had to move from the reclining position to the seated in the dark during the exposure. There were 3 attempts, this was the second.
