Yes, 'drive of the week' episode is another Voyager feature I remember well.

If memory serves, every time they 'jumped' another 50/60/200 light years closer to the Alpha Quadrant, they then ran into the Kazon again the next week.
Makes me wonder if they could even read a star map. Or was Paris steering them all in a giant circle, and he didn't tell anyone?

And what about the Talaxian colony in the penultimate episode? Beyound friggin' Borg space!

(Shudders) I sometimes wonder if the writers of Voyager ever even LOOKED at their show.
1. Chakotay was essentially ignored. He could have actually died in his chair & Janeway wouldn't have noticed for a week or two...
2. The warp core got ejected so often I expected it to have a giant spring attached.
3. And how come the ship could look "factory fresh" after 7 years, when the Equinox was a death trap held together with duct tape and wire?

AWESOME.
Real sense of motion in this one, and the way Voyager's nacelles look bigger than usual due to the POV is cool. The slipstream effect in Voyager is great, and you've done a great job here, nice!

While this is certainly a beautiful picture worthy of a lot of praise for its aesthetic appeal and stylishly-applied blur, I think it should be pointed out that Voyager's nacelles didn't raise during slipstream. They only did that for warp.

Oops. Sorry for that. I watched the episode a long time ago and FTL=Voy raises her nacelles was stuck in my mind.

You just made slipstream look ten times cooler than it did in the actual series

Amazing work, brilliant, I love seeing Voyager in rendered to such amazing quality.
But one thing...if this is the slipstreem, did they actually raise the nacelles? It wasn't warp (it was something generated via the main deflector), they accelerated to full impulse and then entered slipstream (though there were braces on the Warp core...not sure what they were for).

Yep. Quantum Slipstream for the win! Kind of a shame that Arturos died through anger. The Dauntless would have been a nice supplement!
Awesome pic btw!

Yeah, I could imagine Janeway coming home with the Dauntless and say that it is actually the Voyager with serious pimp-ups

No, those are generic interior textures which came with the mesh.

A hátteret külön rendereltem, aztán a Voyt is külön, rátettem külön layerben és adtam neki Radial Blurt (10 px), meg Blur More-t, hogy a hátulja is blurrolve legyen. Utána flatteneltem az egészet, dupláztam a layert, a felsőt Gaussian Blutoztem 5 px-lel, blendinget átállítottam Lighten/ 70/70-re, azt is flattenoltam, megint dupláztam a layert, Gausian Blur megint, azt Screen/50/50, flatten, végül Contrastot 70-re felvittem és kész.

These Slipstream tunnels usually appeared in Voyager's Borg episodes. Such a tunnel helped the Voyager return home...
