It took me two days to make this but I think it's my best MSD yet. USS Aerfen of the November class (I made the class name up) in all her TOS-colours glory

If you mean the nacelle, yes, it's the nacelle control room. Every ships's every nacelle has one...

The D had one, it was the scene for an episode, I think the one which the D had to go back to Earth for de-ionization or what.
And one gets there through turbolift or Jeffries tubes...

I have heard that in many American builtings, they leav out the 13th floor. 13, being unlucky, could bring bad luck to the building. So they number them 1-12 and than 14, 15, and so on...
