I think you only need to worry about it if you include explicit nudity, sexual suggestion, or vulgar language. Think "Would I be okay with a 13-year-old relative (cousin, niece/nephew, whatever) seeing this?"

All things in life are mature by default, you really shouldn't worry so much about it. ^.^
Anything can be taken one way or the other. I don't think it needs any 'warning' unless it's designed purely for masturbatory value. That means 'foul language' and 'tasteful nudity' should be fine, unless DA specifically tells you otherwise.
