Hey Guys, I decided to a meme, and any meme, because....why the fuck not? So I chose this since I am a fan of Xiaolin Showdown. This meme looks fun and I wanted to pass the time. Now, this is my opinion, you see your OTP there and it's on the dislike or hate list, don't get your panties in a twist. If it hurts you sooo much then get out of the meme and watch some of your OTP's pics, simple. Respect my opinion and I'll be more than happy to respect yours.

Let's begin on the negatives, since I usually love to end things on a positive note.

HATE

Chase Young and Jack Spicer
....This pairing is one of the most popular, if not the most popular ship, in the XS fandom...and I don't get it! Look, there's nothing wrong with opposites attract and whatnot, but come on. I don't see this happening. They seem more as a villain/sidekick duo and more of friends if anything. So I also added this pair to the BROTP ship only. Sorry, fans. But I won't be getting into this pair for a long time.

DISLIKE

Chase Young and Katnappe/Ashley
Ashley is way too wild for someone like Chase, no offense. I mean, I admit I did a Next-Gen kid of them, but the relationship between the two was a fling and wasn't really happy and it ended when the Next-Gen kid was a baby. Sorry, this just doesn't interest me and like Jack and Chase, the differences would be too much for a relationship. To it's credit though compared to Chase Young and Jack Spicer, the fandom isn't as rabid. No offense to the sane shippers of both ships.

Chase Young and Wuya
The age difference is waay too much, besides they seem more of a mom-son duo or evil allies duo in my opinion.

Chase Young and Shadow
Never watched Xiaolin Chronicles fully but I watched a few episodes here and there. But like with Wuya/Chase, I see more of a Big Brother/Little Sister dynamic with the two. Maybe even a BROTP.

Raimundo and Wuya
Brr....this would have been full-blown out dislike if I hadn't thought about it too much. Raimundo may have temporarily been a bad guy in the season 1 finale and the first few episodes of Season 2 and worked with Wuya during that time, but..I don't know what to truly feel about this...

Kimiko and Omi
A pair would be interesting, but Omi's slightly sexist attitude and Kimiko's passionate temper may make the relationship not work. But they can still be friends.

I have genuinely mixed feelings about this...I mean, I can't see Kimiko falling for one of her enemies. BUT... the art is really cute, first off, so I will admit that the artists who draw Chamiko are really talented. second, the dynamic would be interesting to explore between the two as a couple. Is it my OTP? No. But it's not awful, especially not as the rabid haters say it is...and like I said, it would make for interesting dynamics and I can see Chase as being a gentleman to Kimiko, so who knows? Maybe it can work out. If for some reason I can't ship RaiKim, then I wouldn't mind shipping this ship as an alternate.
