The reason i have abs is
A) I lift weights and do regular exercise
and
B) I have a very low body fat, which is natural for me. Probably around 9% or less.
Abdominal muscles are really just the absence of body fat; so if you wanna show abs start running and eating more healthy

the facial expressions are awesome. reminds me of warm-ups theater actors do to stretch their facial muscles.
when i take pictures of myself goofing off, it doesn't come out as good as when i take pictures of others goofin' off. ahehe. i thought it was funny (but nice, at the same time) that we can see the bathroom(?) stuff in the last four shots. i dunno... i guess it gives that informal, do-it-yourself feel (as opposed to taking pictures of yourself in a studio).
