Here's something I had stashed away online to hopefully post while I was away this week.I drew this at the same time as my recent Best Buddies pic with Danbuster and Frederick.
The right sort of word to describe Frederick's foster-brother, Cedric Wilkinson. A lazy and obese otter, he also holds down a part-time job at a local wharf warehouse on the riverside.
In such a job, he has big muscles as well as a big belly!

Cedric: Heh, thanks a lot, matey! Fer some reason, I do seem rather popular round here... even though Mr Rudderbuck is in better physical condition. Ah well, maybe I'm jus' more attractive 'cos I ain't married like wot he is.

But I enjoy muscles and bellies both equally, hehe. So I'd say you're both worthy of being eye-candy.

I guess when it comes to fat, the close second is Cedric's father, but generally speaking my otters are quite physically strong. It's all that swimming. Even the lady-otters are well built.
Danbuster and Retsubnad, being hares, are quite fit with strong long legs and big feet. And Frederick the ferret is also quite burly, because he was adopted and raised by Cedric's folks.
On the other paw, Spencer the rat is on the puny side... still, even he could take on Retsy's effete but loyal weasel-valet Wally!

I've been working towards a video series with my Sonic Forces gameplay from over a year ago, scripting a retrospective commentary and drawing extra pictures around my custom character's storyline.
As for planned artwork, I might be doing a St George and his dragon pic for mid-April.
For other plans, I'm still thinking things out

Btw, talking of dragons, a friend of mine has a lot of "dragon guardian" characters. He persuaded me that Danbuster ought to have one too.
Well, although I haven't officially stated her to be specifically his guardian alone, I do have my own nature-dragon called Tlallicoatl.
She's a female dragon with leafy scales and armour like bark, with various nature-themed powers, which she uses to protect her friends in general.

Even with a fat paunch, Cedric is still a force to be reckoned with! Reminds me how my cousin got a job moving furniture and he was fatter than me! With all the time he's moved stuff around, he's really shaped up big time, and I could almost see it here in Cedric!
My only gripe about Cedric's anatomy is that, between his chest and belly, he almost looks like a giant "8" as far as proportions go, I'd suggest you research how you draw fat characters and see how the fat gathers or sags as well as bulges, but you *ARE* Getting better!

It's a constant puzzle with Cedric how to keep him looking convincingly fat, but also keeping the long torpedo-shaped body of an otter...
But indeed, my preference does tend to be muscly characters over fat characters...
I'm trying to master the right kind of proportions, but on the other hand I hesitate to draw TOO much fat on a character due to some people in my watchlist who find fat characters weirdly attractive for some reason...
