Quick colouring in Painter. I'm actually quite surprised that this turned out as well as it did, considering I did the pencils on a moving bus.

I see your getting a little bolder with the shadowing
Great.. that always pulls out the depth, and volume
keep it up .. and yes the yellow(gold) and the blue denote Royality, Power and wealth... so subconsciously to the viewer it gives him a feeling of power and strength
