I think people don't critique correctly because they say, "Oh, I'm going to write a scathing critique! ... ... oh. carp. There's not a single thing I see done badly! Well, I promised myself a scathing critique, so let's seee.............."

I thought I commented on this.. duh.
I really like the musculature, there's a definite '3D' feel to it, and I think that comes from you using a lot more lighting in this than you normally do. I'd encourage you to do this a lot more mate, it adds a nice solidity to your work.
And on a side note I'll still plug away at you that you should experiment with your contrast.. up it and see how it goes

His facial is expression is great (you can practically hear those wonderfully big ol' nostrils snorting with rage), and the shading is really effective - it's like he's just spotted an enemy from across the campfire, and has instantly sprung up to dispense some AXEY JUSTICE.
Or possibly someone just stole his marshmallow. Not wise.
