This is a tutorial for this crazy cool little things I Saw. I'm not sure if it is the proper name but Im calling them User Bars. I think they're really cool. This tutorial gave me a lot of technical problems. Not sure why. If you like the tut, plan on using it, or have used it please give me a fav. I have no experience with paint.net. I have never even heard of it... I am sure it's not too different though. Why don't you try it out. Most of the things done in the tutorial are pretty basic features of photoshop. What you may not be able to do as easily in paint.net is the part that makes the diagonal lines, but they are not necessary. I have made a handful of userbars without them so why don't you give it a try. I'd love to see how it comes out! Good Luck!-Steve
