Description
Finished the model that was put on hold about two weeks ago. Tried some new rendering options and fur sculpting techniques. Zbrush 4.0, Photoshop.Edit: DD, really !? Well, I am amazed and confused in the same time...

This is damn good, but since you are asking for a critic all I can say is shrink the iris/pupils, the mussel/face could be shrunk down or tooned out but that one is more personal then anything else.

Thanks for your comment. I used to think that squirrels have relatively large pupils, maybe overdone with it a bit. What about the snout, yes, from this angle it looks too short.

It's probably because they were meant for children.
Most of the anthros/furries today are porn involved..

Those are heavily stylized and designed to be fun and bouncy characters. You can still tell what they are, obviously, but they're ultimately cartoons.
This particular piece is kind of creeping me out too, to be honest. I'm not saying it's not well-done. It's infinitely better than anything I could do. But it's creepy as hell right now. I think it's the face.
