Pffft,so many of you wanted to know how i do this stuff,so here ya go,have a tutorial :I

Well,i DO lack them,and in fact,i NEVER had any secrets about ART xD Except,i get poses from watching my kitty move/watching animations & movies & etc/watching other moving stuff :0

I've never pixeled avatars before D: u make it look so simple x3 how do u make it transparent in paint? I never knew how 
love the sketchies scattered around the tutorial c: I will be sure to try to use pixels soon 8D

Transparent? You can't do it in paint anymore...it was able only on older versions...But i use Irfan View for that :3;
Here's how to make it transparent...
-CopyPasta-
I use a combination of MS Paint and IrfanView.
1. Create the image in MS Paint
2. Paint everything you want to be transparent to a color you aren't using (I make all of my backgrounds hot pink)
3. Save
4. Open with Irfanview
5. Save As a png, make sure you check the option to select a transparent color.
6. When the image of the icon opens up, click in the hot pink area (which selects it as transparent)
The image is now a png with a transparent background. If you later edit the icon in Paint, you will have to resave it in IrfanView.
It is kind of a pain to use the multiple programs, but they are all free.

That is pure win,i say it,the icon,it's luv >w<
But ohwell,lol,some stuff to think about:
You should shade the markings aswell,to add more details. To keep them more seen-able,just use a little bit darker/lighter colors from teh marking base ones,not like on other places. Markings sometimes "dissappear" when you shade them too much,ore either they stand out alot,expecially if they are bright on a dark fur/etc.
Aaaand the shading,you should set base color,one "frame" of light color,two - three of shading. First frame of shading just a little darker thaan base,second should be much more darker than the first one,but,no super dark,so keep zoom-ing out to see if it looks good. Three is needed if you think that it's a lil too light for a shading,ore you just want some more darker details. The highlight should be alot more lighter than base,but not too much ore it could crash the contrast(?) :U Try using different shades of the color. You know,when you shade the yellow one,keep your color picker a little to the orange side,aand then make it darker. Different shades add some neat effects usually,but it obviously is deppending on base colors.
Second. Some more details on Kam's tailtuft fur would be neat i guess.
Aaand,i think you should lover a little bit the little yellow ones furs higlight,in the place where it's nearly white x'D

Take the color of the sketch in the first box,and the second should be white,and ta~da,do what she did to paint the lineart,and the sketches no more c:
