Photoshop, a picture of SHODAN, and a mental image of her with a WTF face that I just had to make.I primarily used the Liquefy Tool, with pressure sensitivity on. It's a bit fiddly but with a little practice, I managed to do some pretty fun things.
Sorry for the swearing, but I'm not sure whether that is mature content-worthy or not. Please let me know if I need to edit this or do something? I've put it in OTHER cause it's basically an image manip.
