Today was a grumbly day. It snowed. It snowed what seemed to be a lot, but really was no more than 5 inches or so. It just snowed a long time. It was one of those days that drag on, but you never really get anything done. The kind of day when you snap at people you shouldn't, and tolerate the ones that need snapping. Well, it's finally over, and I'm ending it on a better note than it started. I'm going to sleep, and yes the color of my dreams are you.

the colors are kinda nice but the blending of the water (and the water itself) could have been done better and the use of brushes is just sort of chaotic and random.. and the hair seems to be blowing very oddly

this is an excellent deviation but i only have one question.. What exactly is it???? is it meant to be something sad or happy or mysterious? I think it looks very deep though and i don't know if thats what your looking for. maybe you can write me a message and let me know!!! please

It's really beautiful, especially how the colours of the sky flow together.

i dream...when i dream, i dream in color. This reminds me of a couple of dreams i have had involving the lining up of the planets and the ability to see all of them in a line in the sky from my front yard. i remember almost everything i dream, if only for a little while.

the colour sheme is surely a nice one, but i think this whole piece could have been executed better. it's just like you added some plain brushes -and for example with the hair on the left side you didn't too well- and changed colours. this comment is not meant to be rude, but i have seen better works featuring this stock...more like "dreaming...".

I'm glad you enjoy the colors. To be honest, at the time I wasn't really thinking about how it looked (strange, I know). It was 3 am, i'd had an absolutely terrible day, and it was catharsis.

I think there are too many brushes to really focus on the girl...and the hair on the left side looks partly see-through and not dark enough for the rest of the hair. The purple lightning looks a little weird...I don't know. It doesn't look like you did too much really...jsut some color changes and brushes.

on an artisitic note, the girl wasn't really meant to be the main focus of the finished image. i wanted to portray really vivid color, and dreamy hazy feel. It fit the mood of the music I was listening to, it was an absolutely terrible day, music and this were catharsis. to be honest, at the time I wasn't really thinking about how it looked (strange, I know)- it was more of a practice in relaxation. Anyway, I'm really glad for the constructive crit, there have been a few. It makes me want to go back and fix the things i missed or wasn't great at working with at the time

I'm glad you enjoyed it! It being a DD was a complete suprise to me. It does need mor depth in the hair. When I did it, I was just learning how to use photoshop brushes. I may have to go back and play with it some more
