For my first full week at work I decided that I wanted to make it a little special. I decided to take Ochikeron's Rilakkuma Omurice Tutorial, [link] and change it around for my lunch. Omurice is one of my favorite bento lunches and this one was no exception. I LOVED it! This bento Contains:Top Layer:
Rilakkuma - Ketchup Rice (Rice, Onion, Chicken, Ketchup), Omelete Blanket, Swiss Cheese Mouth & Ears, Nori Details
Bottom Layer:
Teriyaki Shrimp
Stir Fry - Zucchini, Carrot, Daikon, Sesame
Corn with Bacon and Cilantro
This was completely delicious and if you don't know Ochikeron you should totally check her out! She's amazing and one of my favorite Youtube food gurus!
