I had sooooo many creative ideas for this school project but everything was rejected by the tutor because he thought they were too complicated. Also, I originally had another concept for this project but he shot that down too so..... I went with a concept which was the plainest, simplest, and hopefully most difficult to find flaws with. -_____-I do NOT claim the floral design to be mine. It was taken off a fabric image and traced in Photoshop. (Not enough time, y'see) I still like how this turned out though. The pattern was lovely to work with

Since everyone keeps asking - What is it printed on? : Plain paper for the CD and card stock for the cover. This is just a mock up so it was only for aesthetic purposes. CDs + paper don't make a good combination in your CD-rom...

very cool design. it could beat those CD designs out on the market.
although you could have toned down the design on the CD itself.
i think it would be better if you left some white space on the CD like what you did on the cover.
it'll really look great that way.
that's my opinion, anyway.
but that doesn't mean that your work isn't great. don't get me wrong. lol.
it is great. but i'm just finding the design on the CD to be too cramped. hahaha. sorry.
i could never do what you did in 20 years. maybe even more. lol.

The design on the CD is slightly tighter to make up for the white space on the inside of the cover.

Yeah, pity.. a few of them involved some plush work and another was a more complex CD cover with more stuff inside (other than the CD).. but we were short on time so this had to do =_=;; Thank you

The case is just a folded piece of card with the design already printed on it.... and for the disc, I just printed it out on normal paper, cut it out and pasted it

I love that floral design. I actually have something similar to it in my mess of fabric.
The stark white background and simplicity work really well with the composition and placement of the design.
