Just question: I see almost everywhere John has scar on his arm (I know he was shot and of course he has some scar) but everybody draws it almost the same..is he somewhere in series half naked where is it?! Because I really want to see it!!

No, unfortunately not! I think most people, including myself, draw it as a lot more severe and extensive than a standard gunshot wound would be, mostly because there's a passage in canon about Watson having suffered complications with his recovery leading to infections in the wound, causing him to have a long and very arduous recovery. Which, translated into modern day I'm kind of working on the idea he might've had to have further surgery and skin grafts, things like that.
There's something to hope for in series 4, at least!
