Okay okay. There's a story to this, I swear XDWell, a story from inside my head.
Originally, he was gonna be asked if he liked the dress and he'd say he neither liked or disliked it, because, well, he's Data. He has no emotions. (this is BEFORE his emotion chip :3)
Buuut, as I was drawing it, it just turned out this way XD more dialogue would've cluttered it. There were gonna be more characters, too, but I was lazy.
If you don't get what's happening, Commander Riker sent faulty orders to Data via his Captain's Ready Room. XD

But I could actually see Data wearing a dress. If he ever would wear something that isn't his uniform, anyway. I mean, I bet he thinks that human gender codes don't work on him because technically he isn't really male (even if he is anatomically) or female but a machine. And I'm still angry about that the show didn't show him try out anything human that has do do with gender. I'm shure he did that.
But the strange thing is that I actually can imagine that he would look good in a dress. I mean, this hips...

Somehow, I can actually see Riker doing that...I'm still convinced that he was the reason why Data 'grew' a beard that looked just like Riker's in one episode. I mean, "It is a beard, Geordi. A fine, full, dignified beard. One which commands respect and projects thoughtfulness and dignity."? That sounds just like something Riker might have told him! ;D

Nah, it didn't get removed. He got better control of it and has the ability to turn it off if he wants to.
