Hi guys! Here's the flash comic about the story for my school project!
This flash comic is intended to spread awareness about our environment, and that we humans are harming it, in a way that children as well could understand, which is inspired by ROTG and yuumei .

I really love your drawings, as well as the story! This is probably the only art piece I've seen on dA that brings up an issue we face today and it's good that it's featured in a few groups. Hopefully, the earth won't reach the point where we actually have no trees... You did a really nice job and hopefully, you'll get an excellent grade (after all, you deserve it)! c:

been a while since I've read something that made me teary eyed. *snifs*
beautiful story and backgrounds. however I think you should have paid more attention and effort to some pages to "perfect it".
some pages looked a bit half-assed when in other hand a lot of pages were beautiful as fuck yes that's a compliment! "more than just beautiful" . the way you drew space, Skye and Gaea is beautiful and unique. if you had numbered the pages it'd be easier to mention which ones were the "half-assed ones", but in my opinion the few pages that comes during the story featuring the mom and her daughter seemed a bit.... half-assed to me, since their more .... "blank" than the most of the pages.

Ok, ok I am crying right now, this flash comic is more than I can express, this is so beautiful. The imagination and effort put into this masterpiece if just wonderful. The emotion put in into this, was enough to blow me off my feet. The plot is put in a way that captures the moment, put into a flash comic. The effects were amazing as well, such beauty. Wow, that was a very deeply thought out flash comic. I can see all the effort you put into it. The way you portrayed the beginning and end of nature with your characters was great, a very interesting turn of events when the villain turned out to be the humans, but truthful.
I liked the way you referenced the carbon pollution of the atmosphere with the transformation of Skye, very nice use of colors in that scene too.Β I liked the personalities of the characters as well, I liked how they were both very different in attitudes and that even though Skye seems kind of a cold, distant personality, that he tries to protect Gaea (I found that very sweet of him.)
The ending was my favorite part, when the mother showed her daughter a small plant (a tree, I am assuming), I guess the trees wereΒ a symbol of hope, and that not all hope is lost, even when there seems to be none left.
Overall, very nice use of symbolism, great shading, loved the scenery (the part where they're sitting on the balance is really awesome), liked the use of colors and I think I learned something today. Very well done and I hope you get a good grade on your project!!!

The story did end on a happier note. I'm glad it didn't end with the Earth being destroyed or something because that would just make me sad. The whole concept of hope at the end made me feel happy and like the Earth could still be returned to a more natural state

First, really amazing flash comic !
Second, I love the idea of proceeding two chibi pictures into something amazing as this !
I love the animation, as well, text is visible and there's no bugs, that might make people feel bored and leave this comic alone ;;
It has meaning and makes people, humans realize how much they can ruin such a masterpiece like our nature and world ;;
I am not into flash comics, I prefer reading just mangas or normal comics, but this interested me, not only for giveaway or multiplier chances, but for real ;
Art is cute and stunning at the same time and this comic needs some continuation, I would love to see more of this ;

This gives inspiration and as well, some signals to humans, that they should take care of nature, because NATURE IS OUR MOTHER ;;

Very few stories actually keep me interested, and I loved this one. ;u; Not only because of the fantasy side.. but the historical side. It bothers me so much to see what we humans have done to nature. It makes me wonder what Earth will be like with my kids.
When I go to college, my friend and i drive by a few factories. Seeing the smoke sickens me. OTL
In my opinion, this story is flawless. ;u; I'm not sure if I can suggest anything you can do differently. You should definitelyyy get an A~

It bothers me as well, and it upsets me to think about the fate of the future generations, because when you think about it, we're just giving our children trash from our and previous generations for them to handle for us. If that's not selfish, then I don't know what is.

Oh my god, that is beautiful. I love the message and the fact that I can identify with both the personifications of nature and the "real" people in the story. As we consume more and more, and destroy more and more of the world, I wonder if Earth in the future will become the wasteland that is depicted in the story... but there is hope indeed. Because of people like you and I,Β who care so much.
About the art itself, I absolutely love your style and the facial expressions of the characters. Your pacing in the story is perfect, too.

I was kind of inspired by the whole Rise of the Guardians thing as well as ancient mythology and how it practically personifies everything in the world~ I wonder about that as well, and it surprises me how people don't seem to be able to improve the world without endangering the environment ><

This is an absolutely beautiful and inspiring story. It has a beautiful message in the end and the comic as a whole addresses a problem that more people should be aware of.Β The comic is made in such a way that the story is adorable andΒ enjoyable to read but is still able to deliver the deeper message really strongly.Β I really love how you personified nature so that people can connect well to it.Β

I actually fear that this will one day happen to us, seeing as how we treat our planet now, it's a shame that there are people who say, "oh, well the earth's gotten this far along with us damaging it, it can deal with plenty more." No....our planet is beautiful, and people should treat it that way.Β
Also, I feel as though this gives a good message to people who have given up on hope, not only with earth, but other things as well. I really liked the message

So do I. It really upsets me how we all are technically aware of this, but it seems as if people have no drive in doing things to protect the environment... I mean, it's not very hard to go green, and we've developed a lot of ways to do it already, so I'm not too sure what's so difficult about it.

;;v;; Β I guess that we kinda take our earth for granted, and there are so many other things like war and debt that every country has to deal with that it's kinda hard to promote keeping up the environment (government-wise) but I guess that not everyone really wants to spend the extra minute recycling instead of trashing, or showering shorter, cause we act as though the world owes us something ;;v;;Β
It's really nice ^^ I guess that if it's anything personal to you, something about depression, tying in with the hope maybe, or even peace 'nd stuff ^^Β
