A tutorial on how to set your comment signature.
I had trouble with this when I first started out, and I have seen many new deviants asking about it.
There are probably plenty of these floating around, but for some I decided to make my own.

Its just an extra bit of personalisation.
Most people use it to say something amusing, or to give a link to other places such as a Youtube channel or an online portfolio with every comment.
Sometimes it is more amusing to read all the comment signatures in a conversation than the actual comments.

Alright, try going to settings > browsing, scroll down to comments and make sure that the "show signatures" box is ticked then press save.

With the recent update to the comments system, you can now add images from the Emotes category to your comment signature. I have just added the details to the tutorial.

this is useful. too bad that one can't add avatar icon image into the comment signature.

I'm afraid the closest to images you can add are the deviantArt emoticons ( [link] )
or ASCII art (something like this, but within the character limits [link] )
