Danielle welcomes you to her web - such a coy expression for such a little girl - she seems a bit mysterious no?She was "dead" in her last Halloween portraits - in this one she wanted to be "magical". The makeup is toned in silver and the web is made of silvery fuzzy thread.
I'm so thankful for her mother giving us the oppportunity to do these original ways to save memories for them at Halloween with things other than plastic masks and underroo costumes.

She looks like The Crow and/or Robert Smith of the Cure, except that she is far far far far far prettier than both of them. She looks so much older than she is. I guess that's what make up is all about at that age. This is such a wonderful photo though. I wish someone had taken photo's like these when I was younger, or even now. I'm still young. Oh well. She looks like a sculpture. I love the high contrast between the black and white of her face, all the while maintaining that sort of pale faded effect that makes it look to magical. This is great.

I accidently hit "mark as read" on this when it showed up on my devwatch, so I ventured to your page to come and see her, and WOW I'm glad I did!!! WHY does this series of Halloween-ness have to end after ONLY a month!?! lol!! Seriously, all of these photos have been so fun and fantastic, I can't stand to see them go! But I can always visit and re visit and re visit and re visit and re visit and revisit and ... well you get the idea.
I think she is strangely beautiful in this portrait. Just the sort of photo I would want hanging in my house if I were to decorate it a-la-haunted mansion.
