Theme for Windows 10 1903 Builds.
Supports 100% scaling settings only.
How To
You'll need your system patched with UXThemePatcher.

You'll also need 'StartIsBack' (check the 'SIB Settings' screenshots included in the zip, for theme specific settings in StartIsBack), to apply the start menu
& taskbar style as well as 'OldNewExplorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
Extract the contents of the 'Theme' folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
From Personalization, select & apply the theme.
Extras:
Spectral Lockscreens in 1920x1080 & 2560x1440 resolutions.

the start menu is quite transparent by design.. so unfortunately that is an issue i can't quite help you out with... for the shut down button icon: under the Stsrt Menu section is SiB configuration, uncheck the option that says "Display glyph icons", that will fix it. for the dock i'm using objectdock by strardock:

this is a common problem when using dark themes with office apps... you can have a light theme installed for use with any office apps when working with them & revert back to your dark theme afterwards...
