Description
My 3rd attempt at doing a portrait, probably my best one so far, HOWEVER i had to scan it in 2 pieces and despite my best efforts some traces of a scan line still remains..So there he is, the Joker from the Dark Knight batman film.
I thought Heath Ledger's performance in that was superb and perfectly captured the Joker's personality. RIP Heath Ledger.
Any critique/comments would be grealy appreciated

I can't tell you how much I love this. You captured him perfectly and I admire the detail in the mouth and hair (things that I have a very hard time doing while drawing). I greatly admire you as an artist and look forward to your work to come.

This REALLY brings out Teh Joker's dark, gritty, and torturous personality.

This is probably one of the most detailed graphite (I'm guessing this is graphite?) drawing I have seen in like.. shit I can't even remember!
Your work with his expression and all the little lights around his wrinkles are stunningly well made!
I don't think the scanner line is that much of a problem, of course it's annoying but looking at it from another perspective it might add something aswell?

You're shading needs a bit more contrast, and it's a bit rough in some places, but overall the image is accurate and captivating.

i know what you mean, i think the shading on the suit and card would have been better if i smudged it.
