This picture is just made for a muscle manipulation. As far as sources go this one is the mother lode.Β
Also I have to admit I have a fondness for rugged, older specimens still not slowed down. Be it Alexander's father Phillip or Frank Miller's aged, tired but still badass Batman (before he went insane) there's something infinitely inspiring seeing age with strength. It's what I aspire to.Β
And really, the guy on the left, it perfectly seals the deal for me on this picture. I almost can't tell it's a photoshop

Agreed on your first statement. The picture truly had everything I love about a muscle domination manipulation. Gerald himself is definitely a dominating muscle daddy, I just upped his size a bit. Β
The guy on the left is also what made this a must morph for me and I did no manipulation to him at all. Β That is his original pose and expression.
For some reason, even when I was a young pup, I always found the dominant older guy incredibly sexy. Β Glad you like this theme as well!

Trying to get on his good side the two wannabes ask if he needs a spot.Β So Gerry tells them to hand him the dumbbells lying on the floor on either side of the incline bench for his next set.
To their dismay it take both wannabes to lift EACH of old worn dumbbells to Gerry's waiting hands!
They realize they should have worn weight lifting belts as they are not 35 pounders but 350 lbs each!
