It's the same character as the one in my previous deviation. ;3

Last time, I drew her with ice crystals because when she's sad, her mood makes things freeze. This time, she's mad. And she's burning up things. 8DD Also, the last deviation showed a more human-like form; this one portrays her birdlike form a bit more. Not exactly, though, since you still can't see her feet and her face is still humanoid and she's missing that crest. ; O;

I really tried to work on lighting and (facial) anatomy on this piece. Once again, this character was so much fun to draw, even though it took a long time, haha~
