I've never witnessed a 'successful' die-in in London. I hadn't realised so many people were arrested for this one
I love how the guy seems to be smiling, as though he really doesn't give a damn if he's arrested.
Good work!

Huh...it kinda looks like he's happy, I realize that he's probably not very happy about being arrested but...but it's kind of a "ha ha" at the police...ok, so that doesn't make much sense lol.

He actually may be smiling... The objective of this protest was to get arrested for many of these people. This is a strategy used to get more media attention. It really did work too. Of all the protest I have been to, I saw more on the news about this one because of all the arrest. CNN had it as their lead story most of the day following the event.

Wow, look at all of that gear they're wearing! Just to arrest peaceful protesters? it's a little ridiculous if you ask me. 1984 here we come!

Look at them...
in full on battle gear as if they went prepared for war.
I bet that man didn't do anything either.

I often wonder how leaders got army's to do such terrible things, and wonder how easy it would be to do the same thing here in the states...
