Description
This is PART 1 of the abstract brushing video tutorial on how I make 3D render abstracts. This one is just basically the planet and importing a 3d render into photoshop. Stay tuned for the rest.
I am not the original creator of this planet....its something I have learned some time ago, nor do I claim to be. This is an example of how I made DIVINITY.

You made look it so easy and when i tried this it really was.
Before this video tuts i had spend 1 to 2 hrrs just to get good space(planet ) effect.
But now it will just take 10 mins or so.

Whoops I have no plugin to see this in Opera at the moment. I'll have to check this later on. Can all PS users do this? Or do you also need a 3D program?

I set these up so anyone can do them....I dont have a 3d program either...my pc just cant handle it. If you browse photoshop resources, you can find pre made 3d renders that you can use in photoshop. People that have uploaded them fr us to use. kinda like stock.

LOL..I had one. C4d ..I made this really cool render and when I clicked to render it...it frooze my pc up for about 45 minutes...lol that wasnt good.

When you delete those things on the lens flare, couldnt you just take it away with a black brush?

When i turn on hard light (the 4th option group and the 3th option? i have my version in dutch language so..) i get a grey background.. and not like you only the sparkle..
Do you know why that is.. i tried every option but no option makes it like yours..

ooh I hope you backed up your cs2 version lol....I like the new beta version but....its kinda buggy....it was cool for about a week and then it started acting really funny....freezing everything up.Good luck with it...You will like it if it doesn't screw up..lol

lol my friend...yea had a copy of cs3 before adobe even released it for beta (don't ask) haha... but hd was alittle crowded, then I talked to you about it & tried it out but it crashed a few times causing me to lose work.. so I uninstalled. No but I signed up for there beta program not cs3 beta in particular...using there software all the time anyway...so y not help them make it better
